Ante and Post Natal fitness sessions

It has been proven that ante and post natal training cannot only improve the baby delivery process but also is key to the mother regaining her shape after the birth of the baby. We custom design our training sessions for our expectant mums to help manage excessive weight gain and to maintain a reasonable level of fitness during their pregnancy*. Our exclusive Personal Training studio at The Armitage, Marylebone allows for privacy during your training sessions. You also have access to our luxury Jacuzzi if you want to unwind after your session.
