In addition to being REPS level 3 qualified personal trainers, our team have the added experience of over 20 years as international athletes. This enables us to design personalised, periodised programmes for each client using modified training techniques that have been used at the highest level of sporting achievement. We have a proven track record of achievement and pride ourselves on delivering the best possible training.

Weight management

Muscle building
We are experts in muscle building techniques through our own experiences as international athletes and as weightlifting coaches. We design and implement muscle building training programmes which build muscle mass as well as foundation strength. We use a combination of Olympic lifting training and specific nutrition programmes to achieve amazing results.

Sports Specific Training
Our clients have the benefit of access to the highest level of actual sport experience along with the focus and determination that is fundamental to attaining success. From sport specific training to being taught how to run effectively, we can tailor your sessions both in the gym or outdoors to suit your needs.
